Oil In Turbo Piping??

My car just started leaking oil in the turbo piping I dunno where its coming from, is this normal? When I went to change the spark plugs I also noticed a little in the back plug housing in the middle but the plugs were dry it was just on top. I think the oil is coming from the turbo?

Where in the turbo piping? The accordian hose? If so almost surely oil from your crankcase breather tube. They reroute it into your intake. One of toyotas dumb designs in my opinion. Most people cut the tubes and reroute into a catch can, thats what i did....no more oil in accordian hose.
