oil in itercooler....!!!!

hello there my fellow supramaniacs hope all is well..
i have a question about the intercooler in my car
i was replacing the injector seals at intake and when i removed the intake hose to the 3000 pipe i noticed a lot of oil in the tube coming from the intercooler is this normal on this system ? i'm going nuts over this also the car doesn't seem to have power at all very slow and feels heavy on take off and it blows a lot of black smoke when going WOT what could be causing this problem any help is greatly appreciated .....

if pvc is hooked up.... yes... but still not a whole lot, but it'll be there... your turbo could be going out as well... just keep an eye on the oil level

the engine has a little over 100k it may have more cause the speedo was not working when i bought it then i drove it like that for 2 months after i replaced the head gasket then i replaced all the speedo cables
what else could it be ?

i think he's just saying clean the intercooler, don't just wipe off the ends and put it back on.
any type of automotive degreaser will clean out the oil pretty well.

The IC is easy to remove.

Cleaning it is definately worth doing. If your IC is dirty, you'll feel a difference in the way the car drives/responds after cleaning it. It's definately worth doing.

I've tried lots of different things over the years and gasoline works better than anything else. Simple green is "ok" but it will do a poor job compared to a gallon of gas.
