every time i take off the turbo inlet accordion hose i always find like 3 drops of oil sitting right their in front of the turbo entrance so i fallowed the oil and im sure its coming from both breather holes on the top of the valve cover, and also its been going threw the other pipe that it connects to into the throttle, so i took a look in side and sure enough it was black in side the intake manifold. so i took it out to clean it and of what i could see the valves are looking good. so would could it be? where could the oil be coming from?
if it helps its a 1990 7mgte

Its coming from the crankcase. If you have excessive blowby past your piston rings you will get a lot of oil in those places, but even with a normal working engine you will have some oil in all those places. Sounds like yours is fine.

The intake manifold will turn black after a while from more then just oil. after you shut the engine down any fuel vapor left in the intake tract will condense on the inside of the intake manifold, after a while this forms carbon deposits.

This is multiplied by the carbon introduced by the EGR system when it is in operation AND a properly working PCV system.

All of your findings are normal.

Most install a catch can between the valve covers and the turbo inlet to attempt to filter the oil vapor out.
