oil feed, return and water lines ?

I'll be going single soon and need to either make my own or order a prebuilt kit for my Garrett TO4E.. Anybody have any recommendations where to get the lines and fittings? What is more cost effective, kit or build my own? -10AN oil return and -4AN oil feed.. Not sure what size i need for the water lines. If someone could chime in on that? This setup will be used on a 1JZ.

http://www.bonacoinc.com is where i had mine made they use crimp seal teflon steel braided hose that will out last your supra.

I built a kit from pieces I got at Summit. If you go that route, make sure you diagram exactly which pieces you need so you don't forget any.

I used www.anplumbing.com they are cheaper than Summit also have a tutorial video on there to show you how to make your own lines.

I made my own return line. Got 2 -10 an fittings ( earls ) and approximately a foot , maybe shorter of the steel braided line. Twist the connectors on and tighten the lock nut . ( I think the procedure is outlined in Dr.Jones site). Faily easy to do but be careful of damaging the connectors as they are aluminum...
