What have you guys done for oil feed and return for your T4 turbo? What size lines? Are you running a restrictor? I'm not trying to break the bank on some pretty lines. I want something functional, and reasonable in price. Thanks for any advice.

There are various companies on here that make the flanges that you need, along with the oil fittings.

You'll want stainless lines for the heat protection. This is not some thing to go cheap on.

I've been looking at stainless lines and fittings on some popular performance sites. I will need a special flange for the oil return that bolts to the block right?

SS lines/fittings aren't cheap, and they are neccessary. It would be a cheaper route to make your own kit, i.e. buy the estimated length of SS line and the fiitings you'll need. About the oil return into the block, Im sure that the fitting is out there, or you could have someone cut and weld the stock drain pipe.

I agree with buying one length of braided line and the fittings separately. I did this for my fuel lines and it turned out great. This was my first time assembling AN fittings and I had no leaks the first time! Just takes a little careful reading if you've never done it before. (not sure if you have or not)

I believe there is a Hufco in San Antonio. I get all my lines made at Hufco here in conroe. I paid $13.00 for a 1/4" stainless braided teflon line. With the fittings crimped on. And for the return I cut the stock return and made it work.
