I'm trying to figure out what else I need to buy to install my clutch. My 1JZ came with an R154 and an Ogura Racing Clutch strapped to the pallet. The clutch is in 3 pieces: the clutch disk, the pressure plate and a ring that goes between the clutch disk and pressure plate (not sure what to call that ring but it presses against the back side of the clutch disk). It is a single disk version and the only markings in english say "ED 238" on the inside the pressure plate area.
There was no throw out bearing or any other components. They very closely resemble the parts in this picture: http://www.nengun.com/orc/309-series-single-plate-clutch-300ps I will try to post pictures tomorrow.
I have the clutch release kit from driftmotion but no throw out bearing. Can I get one from Toyota or do I have to get the Ogura brand? Is there anything else I need to make this work? Also, I don't understand how the ring that goes between the clutch disk and pressure plate moves with a diameter so large.
