The Official Hotel for CHI2K7 will be at the Residence Inn located in Bloomindale, IL (across the street from Sound Performance). A block of rooms have been set aside for the "Supra Meet" starting August 9 to August 12 (Thursday to Sunday).

The One-Bedroom Suite provides you a full kitchen, separate living, sleeping and work areas.

Rate for the night is $85. Included in this price is a full hot breakfast buffet along with the full kitchen in each suite. In the living room, there is a couch that has a pull-out bed, so I suggest to split the room with someone to get the cheapest cost.

Reserve your room by July 20 to receive the suite at the $85 rate. Please mention "Supra Meet" to receive this discounted rate.

For those that have already have rooms reserved at other hotels, I suggest to cancel them and reserve yours here so that we can have all the Supras in one location. BTW, there should be no monetary penalty for cancelling your rooms at the other hotels. Please call the Residence Inn and reserve your rooms now.

Well since it's already been said, hopefully this won't be an Alabama meet. We could have one of those alot closer to home. I hope we have a hundred MKIII's show up. Is that even possible? How many were there last year?

Jay - Last Chicago, At one point, I counted like 57 Supra's...but it was impossible to keep count. Supras were coming and going, coming and going non stop. I KNOW there were more than that...but still, if you really stop and set that many Supra's side by side....that's A LOT of Supra's. :love:

So...I don't know if it will be beyond 100...but it wouldn't surprise me.
We've got several hundred Supra 'enthusiasts' in the general area from Wisconsin to Chicago to Indiana...so, if everyone decides to show up...
We'll pwn SILV. :biglaugh: Likely? No...but we can make it happen if we want.

I just tried to reserve my room, but was told there was nothing in the sytem about a Supra meet. It is the middle of the night, so she said call back in the daytime and speak to a manager. That just continues the frustration I have have had all weekend long. I wanted to have my room and a rental car paid for today, but so far neither are done.

When we called Jay spoke with someone and they thought he was saying super instead of Supra. It went on for quite a while.

I called the other place that we had reservations at to ask some questions and I kid you not, it took me saying our last name 10 times before the girl understood that I was saying Hayes and not Haynes. I really didn't think my accent was that heavy.I told Ryan he would have to be there as an interpreter.:biglaugh:

I will talk to the sales manager to see if I can get more rooms available. She gets back from vacation on Monday. I will have an update for you guys by then. Way to go guys/gals! Looks like we'll have a pretty good turnout this year! :thumbup:

yea I tried to reserve a room & was told that ther were only 5 rooms reserved under Supra Meet. They were going to book me a room but for $125 a night. I checked around & nothing else in the area was open but I have a hotel reservations set up through a travel agent for $52 @ Hilton Suites in Villa Park which is 25 min from Soun Performance & 11 min from Elmhurst Toyota.

Yea, well the girl I talked with or the person you talked to could have been miss informed. However they were still going to book me a room but not at $85 that was listed. Still no sweat, I'll be there for all the fun & staying at a 3.5 star hotel. I will be driving up Wed. after work & hitting up some sites in downtown Chicago Thu & Fri. Any word on set Itinerary for the event times so I'll no were to be? I would hate to drive all the way up & miss any of the events.
