I'll update this when I have more time, but right now:

Well I ended up getting some to see if they'd fit and they fit just fine.... BUT.... they ended up sending one of the wrong sizes. One is a bigger inlet w/ smaller outlets and the other one is the opposite. So I guess I'm returning one... but this should be my setup.. on a tt car w/ one exhaust per turbo... I'd imagine it will sound nice ^_^.

Car will be 2JZ. Turbo's aren't 100% yet... and I still got some secrets comming.

Also I didn't have a job for 3 months + so I'm recovering from that or I'd have more. Back on track now.

Source? Ive been searching almost 40 minutes and cant find anything saying the 360 is maxed out on GoW. I did find a Gamepro article with CliffyB saying that there is still alot more that they can do with the 360 though.
