this weekend joe-dirt came up to tune my car and when he hooked up to the e-manage, we found out that my ecu is not getting a reading from the tps. it's stuck at 40% throttle. also, the car is leaning out really bad. so i pull the connection to the tps while running and the car starts idling bad, plus the cable back in, idle goes back to normal. i drop the ecu to look at the connections and the car starts fuckin up. 2 of the wires are loose in the connection to the ecu. they have a little play and the car stumbles and stalls when i mess with them.
so my is broked. at least it happened here, rather than in the desert.
now im just waiting for ziggy to finish welding his downpipe before we can leave. so much for out of the bay area by 2pm. looks like it'll be 3 am before we get there.
oh well, look for me, i'll be in a maroon scion tc, and in ziggy's maroon sp63 beast.

Really would have been nice to have my Supra there, but It was cool to see a few cars and some changes people have made since last year. (Like the 2JZ now under the hood of that sweet MK2 with the mesh wheels...)
Get a single on that engine with the right mods for a good 600rwhp and lay waste to just about everything else on the road..
