Odds and ends

I have finally installed the 1JZ into the car today, managed to do it myself. I was attaching the various and sundry electrical connections when I noticed I had and extra plug and no where to plug it to. Its near the 1JZ ignition box on drivers side near the engine bay fuse box its a large grey connector. also the extra pressure sensor does not have a wire to it. What am I missing ?

Wow, you installed it by yourself... congradulations.. when I did my 240sx swap... it was hard enough already. i havent done a 1jz swap yet though so sorry cant really say much to help you.

Well patence and a engine hoist do wonders, I do like those 240's .

it might jog other ppl's memories also... i don't have a jz loom available right now but i think it is off the engine loom

Yeah that looks like the one. Is that found on JA70 only or maybey its also found on MA71 turbo cars also ? My car is a 1986.5 NA

ya that looks like the plug that has your alternator ans efi wires that go from engine to the main fusebox

Yes It is my EA2 connector, is there any information on connecting the MA70 front harness to this connector ?
