ok heres the deal i got into this habit of using the good stuff 92 and up, well is there any pros and cons of this other then price and can i harm the car or prevent harm being done to it, and will it kill any power using the higher

There are mandated standards that are met. And local jurisdiction often has standards and does samples too. The difference in gas is the major brand name stations often add more detergent, which is a good thing.
