Has anyone used one on there car what was the outcome. I Bought one and then i was told they are shit and should not put it on becasuse it will add tension or something on the bearings?? Will i be safe to use it and not have problems or what should i do

I believe that the general opinion was a big "no" on those. They made one for the crank as well, which wasn't built with a damper, which would ultimately lead to the destruction of the engine by not being balanced.

You have bought a nice looking paper weight..Sorry.
If you want a lighter crank pulley then go with the ATI unit or Fluidamper.
Dont run that underdrive pulley on your motor unless you want it to die very fast.

There is one thing you need to know about the ATI dampner...the crank bolt flange needs to be turned down to 1.780" in diameter.

You forgot that it meets and exceed SFI 18.1 specification. Extremly critical if you are drag racing or doing SCCA.

What i meant about the stock dampener was keep his stock one on there..Or buy a used one from someone. Not go to the dealer and buy a brand new one lol.
