O2 Sensor replacement...Help!

I'm replacing my Toyota O2 sensor with a 3-wire Mustang LX O2. Curious about the wiring though. On the 'Yota sensor, there is a single blue wire and two black wires (grounds?)...on the Mustang sensor there is a single white wire and two black wires(grounds?).

Am I correct in assuming that I can connect the white to the blue, and the two blacks to each other?

Correct. The two similar wires are power and ground for the heater element, the single wire is the signal wire for the ECU.

I suppose it doesn't matter which black is hooked up to the other black? They are interchangeable?
