Okay, so I'm gonna put the 7M back in the MKIII. Will still likely use a T4 turbo and manifold... I've already put an O2 bung on the midpipe I have. It's for the 2JZ 4-wire screw on O2 sensor. Is there a screw on 3-wire O2 sensor available for our 7Ms, so that I can just use this same bung? Thanx!

I believe that any 3 wire o2 sensor would work, but I don't think that you will be able to find one that will plug into your harness directly. You will probably have to cut the plug off of the factory sensor and splice it on to the new sensor.
This is absolutely correct. I use a standard Bosch sensor on mine, and splice it into the harness whenever I need to change it.thesupraman said:
The two similar color wires are the heater element, it doesn't matter which one gets wired into what wire on the harness, as long as you get the signal wire correct.
