I was looking down into my engine bay the other day, checking my fluids when I noticed something that didn't quite look right. It seemed that my drive belt wasn't connected to every pully in the bay. In fact there are three pullies that when the engines on are just not doing anything it looks like. At the moment theres a JDM engine sitting in the bay of my 87...could that be the reason? I know the shop that I had the work done had to replace a lot of the JDM external parts of the engine with their USDM counterparts for smog reasons. What do you guys think?

jdm powersteering, alt, waterpump, and a/c compressor should be the same, seems they dont have all the belts hooked up. there are 3 belts. one that goes around the waterpump, crank, and alt, then another that goes around the crank and power steering, then the third goes around the crank, a/c compressor and the tensioner for the a/c comp belt.
