Took out the rear end today to replace those 6 bushings.
Was a fairly easy job with the right tools.
But I encountered a slight problem.

As you see one bolt is still holding the metal piece.
The nut that is welded to the body, well it isnt welded anymore so it spins freely inside. What do I do about it?
Is it reacheble from the inside of the car?

I thought about cutting the bolt off and drill a larger hole say 15-20mm.
Then weld in a pipe (same diameter as the hole) with threads on the inside.
Not sure you understand but plz say so if you dont, really need this fixed.

If you jam a screwdriver between the frame and the bracket and lever down while turning the bolt you might get it undone (Looks like it's had a good soak of penetrating oil) if that doesn't work looks like grinding the head off the bolt is the way to go.

Don't know what the access is like to the back of that but you can buy "NutSerts" that are a bit like a Rivet with a thread that locks in place in a hole.
