Hey everybody, names josh. been on the forum for about 2 years now... hardly post, but im always on here... ive had an '88 supra and currently own an '87 turbo targa, most of the mods are listed in my sig...
after giving up on the seemingly hopeless '88, which i actually saved from the junk yard, and got running... and then blew up.
i purchased my '87 from a guy in the cleveland area with most of the mods already done. car already had a LIPP AFM, LIPP BOSS Series T04E-61mm, 550cc injectors, apexi safc neo, blitz turbo timer, greddy boost controller, a new fmic and custom (but not very good) ic piping. and a custom 3" turbo-back. internally it was totally stock including stock hg, put 483rwhp down on the dyno and 401ft/lbs before it had what i believe was an injector failure (cheap injectors) and melted a hole in the #3 piston...
so now im doing it right. engine was sent to webber racing, bored .020, honed, decked, hot tanked. head was hot tanked, milled .010, has a 5 angle valve job and new stock internals, block has stock rods with arp rod bolts and clevite 77 bearings... im ordering an hks head gasket asap so that i can finish assembling my new engine.

right after it blew up... my friend givin it the finger because he was pissed at it for leaking oil on his driveway. lol

my carpet is a bit dirty, kinda need to replace it, but the floormats are mint... and in the trunk during this pic. lol
holy piston.
body is totally rust free, as is the chassis... but i plan on repainting it.
