i just did a rebuild on the engine not the turbo. The gauges in the car say its pulling a vacuum not boosting any ideas?

More info please. I.E. Is this under WOT? Can you hear any abnormal air noises? Does the boost gauge move at all? What type of boost gauge is it? etc. Giving vague details will not help in obtaining a good answer.
DUH!!! You have the turbo on backwords ovbiously. So its sucking instead of blowing. Just unbolt it and flip it around and all should be fine.

Anyways no noises, the fins are spining with the car runing, i have the stock and and autometer boost gauges, the autometer stays around -10 psi and then when i start getting the rpms to 2k and up it goes to -20 psi

ive read most of that thread before posting the first time of course it has grown since then. I can give you details as you need i just need to know where to look this is my first project car so not much experiance here. I have a vaccuum leak from the isc so im gonna start there if not there ill get back to you.
