When you replaced the HG did you use the original head bolts? If so that is your problem. Throw them away and invest in a set of ARP or comparable bolts and torque them a little bit higher than the stock bolts.
A other possible cause is a warped head or short block.

There is nothing wrong with studs and I said bolts cause I used them the last time. I torque them at 95 Nm (70 lb/ft)Dunckel;931411 said:
The stock bolts do stretch a little, and there for should not be reused. There is nothing wrong with them when you replace them by new ones and torque them higher, but here in the Netherlands the stock bolts from the dealer are not much cheaper than a ARP set.Kckazdude;931505 said:
