Non tuning, simpler, CHEAPER version of Maftpro???

I'd really like to get rid of the Lex afm. It flows enough but accuracy is always a concern and also its size is limiting air filter choices. I already have SAFCII so i don't need its tuning functions, so is there simply an adapter of some kind that i could use a GM MAF and hook it directly to the ecu in place of the Lexus AFM?

BTW i searched but came up empty handed if this was covered before. Feel free to post links if i missed it.

The $60 drop down is to add the 3" GM Maf with your item, the MAFT is 200 new.
