noise coming from front wheels while turning

When I first start my 89 supra turbo 5spd and go to make a right turn out of my driveway I hear a noise coming from the front driver side wheel. It sounds like metal rubbing very lightly...almost as if my rims are hitting the dust shield for the brakes even though I know this is not the case. The noise also happens at a certain point as the wheel goes around. I have 5 Zigen FNO1R-C wheels on the front 9 wide. I know they do hit the sway bar when the wheel is turned to the max on either side. When I jack the car up the wheels do spin freely and do not hit anything. I get this noise even If I turn the wheel half way to the right and the noise is only for a second while turning. Once the car picks up speed the noise goes away. Even later after driving for a while it wont make the noise. I feel like maybe it is a wheel bearing or something to do with the brake pads and caliper rubbing on the rotor. I do have aftermarket Brembo cross drilled slotted rotors and after market pads. I never heard this noise with the saw blades on and it wasn't until I put the new rims on that I heard the noise. Any input would be great. Thanks

Is this while your braking? Sometimes aftermarket pads will make some noise until they warm up.

Sure its not hitting the fender cover?

Wheel bearing would most likely be making noise all the time.

Why is you wheel hitting the sway bar? That is not normal.

That test was pointless beacause the suspension is not compressed. Which also indicates it problably is steering/suspension and not brakes. Although the sound of light rubbing metal does sound like it could be pads. They can make noise without applying the brakes. I can't tell from here.

Yea I realized that after I thought about it. I got under the car while it was not jacked up and looked around and can not see how anything could be rubbing. I think it has something to do with the brakes. I am just now hearing it when I put the new rims on because the face of them are open as compared to the saw blades. I plan on going to a BB kit in the near future so hopefully this will solve the problem.

try removing the brake pads and pulling out of your drive way...only do this if your ebrake works lol
DO NOT HIT THE BRAKE PEDAL OR YOUR PISTON WILL SHOOT OF YOUR CALIPER
is the noise still there?
if it is then i would suspect the wheel bearing is dry or the rollers have a little bit of rust

Be a much better idea to just sand the pads and rotor a tad. The pad squeak is prolly from improper pad break in or there just noisy pads until warmed up.
