no pwr. win. doorlocks+seats

i was moving my seat back and as it got to the back my dashlights flickered on and off, and everything died, now i have no power windows, door locks and seats.:aigo:
is there a relay that ties all those thing together?
i hooked direct 12v power to the seat and it still won't move(could the motor be fried?)
my manual doesn't help me out at all with this issue and i'm completely lost as to what to check.
any help would be apreciated

check ALL fuses,under the hood,by the "easy access" fuses in the kick panel. check for continuity.

check the breaker in the kick panel on the drivers side. I had the same exact thing happen and that is what blew. I don't think you can tell visually if it is blown or not but you can check continuity if you pull it out.

GAUGE fuse.
I blew that a few times. its that or ACC one.

that's a very confident post. i will try this paper clip trick as well. wait.... but what do i do with the paper clip?

resetting the breaker got my windows working:icon_bigg
but...
still no locks or seat
i have continuity to the seat switch
but when i try to move the seat, the wires get hot and it blows the breaker again:icon_mad:
