Finished the 2jzgte swap and 99% of the project is ok!
But I don't have power steering assistance :icon_evil
How the hell that happened?
Put the 2jz powersteering reservoir.After I made a custom
pressure hose from the pump to the steering gear housing. And
last,I send the return hose from the power steering oil coolers
to the other side (under the radiator) to find the reservoir.

The oil is dexron III and it is at the max.read in the bottle!
The solenoid valve is ok! checked : 7 ohms on the valve & 6 volts from
the PPS ecu to the valve.

Didn't check the pressure on the pump :sarcasm:
Left it for last.
Disconnected the return hose and put it into a bottle and run
the engine....It was spilling slowly...:aigo: Is that normal?

I think I should take the pump for a pressure test. How much
pressure should it pump? 2.5 - 3.0 bar?

Help guys...The mk3 supra can't be streered without PS :evil2:

hrm did you run the fluid through the system?

from the pump i use a mkiv/2jz p/s hose (worked great) then i have the line from the steering rack go to the resovoir and then the big hose go back to the pump... i filled it with fluid and i also turned the wheel from left to right again and again and filled it when it got low.. very similar to bleeding p/s only you arent sucking any out (unless of course its dirty)

i havent started my car but im 100% sure it will work.. even wired in the progressive power steering
