No Horsepower

OKay guys need your help. I have a 7mgte with a bunch of mods. Rebuilt bottom end, a turbo capable of 600 horsepower, 2.5 inch piping kit, spearco style intercooler 680 precision injectors, lexus afm, afc2, cometic headgasket, arp headstuds, 3 1/4 in exhaust bunch of other stuff too. Problem is at 18 pounds of boost i am only making about 315 hp and 360 ft/lbs of torque and at 10 psi i was making 278 and 323. Car runs great and idles smooth what could cause my numbers to be so low. ANy ideas.

Sounds like you've got a boost leak some where thats opening up under the psi or your wastegate is junk.

Jake (reign_maker) had the same problem. Tons of PSI, no HP. Bad wastegate.

Well its a brand new HKS 40mm wastegate running 17 psi and its not a hks style, its an actual hks one

Have you checked to see if any codes are being stored?

there are no codes at all, other than the car not hitting the numbers i think it should it works like factory, idles smooth, accelerates smooth everything is good.

kinda sounds like a boost leak

check ur couplers to see if they are snug

Do you have any dyno charts showing AF's?

^^what he said. Also might be a good idea to do a compression and leakdown test. What exactly is the turbo youre running? Do you have a flex section in your exhaust? That looks more like stock turbo numbers to me.315hp and 360tq?
