This is a new GTE swap into a GE car. About 1 week ago, it started and ran fine. Since, I replaced the evaporator, mounted the ecu (disconnecting and reconnecting the harness in the process), and straightened some wiring.

Now, there is no fuel pressure at the rail, and no leaks.

If I jump FP and B+, I still get no fuel

If I jump FP to the + battery terminal, I get a buzzing from the FP resistor area

If i measure voltage at the fuel pump connector with FP and B+ jumpered, I get about 12v (11.7 with the battery a bit low)

If I plug in the old ge fuel pump to the connector, it spins with FP and B+ jumpered.

The fuel was very low - I added 4 gallons, but it did not help.

Is there any way this ISN'T my fuel pump?

I only have doubts because it is a MKIV pump that I installed 4 or 5 years ago on the donor car (10,000 miles, maybe?), and it was working fine until I shifted the wiring around the other day.

Thanks in advance.
