I changed my intake pipe, reconnected my vacuum lines, and now I have no bov, just compressor surge!:aigo: I cannot figure out why. I've both loosened, and tightened the allen screw on top of the bov, to no avail:cry: :1zhelp:

What kind of bov do you have. Some of them have washers in them that you can move to one side or the other as an adjustment...............gl

Where are you getting the Vacc signal from?

I've tried from the hose sticking out of the fuel rail, and the one out of the throttle body...neither one worked! There is no other places that I can think of to hook up vacuum.:icon_conf

Pull vacuum off the front of the intake mani (the large nut looking thing) or the little nipple from behind the mani.

The bov must always be sourced AFTER the thottle body, not on it or before it.

I bet you blew the diaphram.. I blew the diaphram in my HKS racing bypass valve which is VERY similar in design. This was only after 6 months. if you hear any hissing whatsoever from the BOV its a blown diaphram.
