I recently pulled my engine to change the oil pan and as I was putting everything back together I decided to do the SOGI wastegate mod with 4 washers. Before I did this I was hitting 12lbs of boost with a home made manual boost controller the owner before me installed. Now, my problem is that I am getting no boost and my wideband hits lean. It sounds like fuel cut but I'm not even getting any boost. I checked for boost leaks, but found nothing. Any clue?? I did alot of searching but found nothing like mine. Thanks

It could be a boost leak, poor fuel, broken fuel injector, fuel pressure regulator, lack of fuel any where in the system, clogged air filter, or broken wastegate to name a few.
Check to be sure the line is connected to your fuel pressure regulator. Sounds like your rising rate isn't working.
sounds like you put too many washers in when you shimmed the wastegate. or you damaged the accuator arm when shimming it i would definetly check the wastegate it its probally stuck wide open and thats probally why your not getting any boost.
