I come from a land down under
I raced onroad and offroad for a full season!

I had a Serpent for circuit and a Kyosho Turbo Burns for offroad.

I went a bit overboard and had 5 motors for different track conditions and a couple of K in spares on hand, talk about a money pit that season I spent enough to have funded a low formula real race car for a year! :)

just pulled out my NTC-3 today after about 4 months of sitting on my shelf. I love playing with it but they are expensive to maintain and something always seems to go wrong.

I used to be but it was too expensive for me...

I was going to be selling some RC Serpant cars for a friend. Cars, controllers, a no crystal reciever/transmitter deal (any frequency) plus a ton of parts and tires here or on ebay.. If anyone is interested, let me know. I still need to get all the details and prices and pictures...:)

I had that some thing but I didn't have a control for it. Some kid left it in a car at my house, two months later the kid had me get the car towed to a junkyard. so I sold the RC car on E-bay for $100 and that payed to get red of the car!!!

Im runnin a HPI RS4 right now. I love it. Aside from making too much power for the stupid gears and strippin em.

Back when I was a civilian a couple years ago, I had a Kyosho Buggy, then I sold it and got a T-Maxx. I broke something almost every time I used it. Had to have a job to afford it. I also learned that a $30 gas mask from the local army surplus store works great for aiding in tuning a running nitro motor that's on a table.

Unfortunately, I can't have a nitro car in the barracks because the fuel would need to be stored in a hazmat locker that I would rarely have access to. Bastards!
