Wow...I think the girls both need to be charged, and I think the parents of both girls should be beat. How can a 17-year old girl come home with that much money, or have gone shopping with that amount of money, and the parents not question where the money came from?? Even though I was working full-time when I was 17, if I came home with an unexpected amount of money or extra goodies from a store, my parents were all over me with questions of where it came from.
