recently my friend got me a deck from a car that has been wired but since i have a supra the adaptor doesnt fit.. what should i do ... etheir wire it or get a diffrent adaptor ... thanks

ok if you have a stock head unit (radio) in your car you are going to need two things. your going to need a wiring harness so it will splice to the after market radio and plug-n-play into your connector. the second thing you will need is called a dash kit. If you really dont know what your doing take it to an audio shop and have them do it. at least then you know it will be done right. as an installer i hate it when people bring me their mistakes to fix and it usually costs more in the end for me to fix it than if they were to have just done it at the shop in first place.
