I'm not new to Toyota's though (I have a 1987 MR2) or cars; I've owned quite a few but my daily driver is a 97 Thunderbird V8 with a few mods. I always like talking to fellow owners of the vehicles I drive; there is always something to be learned and there's a lot of good info out there. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute some knowledge and info to you guys on other cars / hobbies, and I also look forward to learning a great deal from everyone. I very recently purchased a 1985 Toyota Supra P-Type with 129752 miles. Has pretty much all receipts for service / maintenance, the owners manual, and the guy even gave me a box of extra parts from his 85 Supra that he had with an extra grill, headlight buckets, trim pieces, etc. It's fully loaded, leather is in great shape except the drivers seat has a few tears, and all the electronics work flawlessly. It needs rear wheel bearings to be replaced and there is a leak in the gas tank; it will leak if more than half way full. Straight body on the car with a little rust at the bottom of the doors, around the fuel door, and on the lip of the hatch. Other than that it's actually pretty clean, and I got it for $800.
