Rebuilding... Slowly!

Hey everyone

Well there is yet another aussie invading your site :)
My name is Andrew an I currently own a 1989 MA70 with a 7MGTE/R154 and dark blue duco and matching dark blue trim. The car was an Australian delivered model and has 183K kilometres on the clock at the moment...

Anyway, this is easier than writing heaps about it, here it is:

Those pics are a couple of years old, but not much has changed currently.
But that will change very soon...

Blew the head gasket for the second time in June '08 and it has been off the road since. Currently have plans for a full motor rebuild and a few other mods, and have slowly been gathering the parts to do so. Just need to get of my arse and start making it happen...

Also, a few cosmetic changes happening too, the side strips are off and are ready for being painted body colour instead of the horrible pale blue, and I have a set of Ganador mirrors on the way for it as well...

Anyway, that's enough for my first post, I have pages of information to look through...

Cheers
Gats

That car look's like it's been taken care of:love:
Yeah the trim colour looks off, was it that way from factory?
Oh yeah and Welcome.

Thanks John :)

That way from the factory from what I believe... Yeh, I have never liked it either!

Welcome to the forum, glad you finally made it here

You need to start up a build.

I'm doing a mega garage cleanout, if you need any parts give me a holler, I may be able to help

Yeh cheers Dan, should've joined along time ago...

Will have to start up a build thread on here for sure.

Cool, very interested to see what bits and pieces you have, no doubt you have some interesting and rare bits in that garage of yours :)
