Hi everyone Iam new here to the forums but I Have owned an mkIII supra for 3 years I just finished the engine put in it together and its definately an amazing car, my brother just bought an mk3 89 targa turbo with blown engine for $500.00, one of the rods #6 just came out of the block next to the starter, so now we just need the block. Hope everything comes out great and I look forward to help others.Thanks

Welcome. $500 for a 89 targa, turbo shell, :aigo:that is a sweet deal. Any cancer (rust) on it? I pd. twice that for my 89 shell.
As for the block, unless you to do a entire rebuild ($$$$ to do it right) you might just want to buy a used 7m for 800-1000 bucks, and swap it in. Just rember to install the EGR stuff and replace the HG with a metal one
