New to Forum Power Steer Question

Hi have been hanging here a while, this is my first post.
I recently drove a nice supra but the Power steering does not seem right.
Does anyone know if this is an expensive fix?

It could possibly be just the power steering fluid. When I first got mine, the steering was really hard to turn and I thought it was a major problem at first. I had my dad check the fluid level and he said there was fluid, when there really wasn't. So I spent $4 on some power steering fluid and now it works like new.
