:3d_frown: So I put a low mileage engine in my 88 turbo this weekend, and I have had some very disturbing problems pop up.#1 The timing is set at 12 btdc, but my cps is maxed out in adjustment. I followed the tsrm but it just wont cooperate. #2 When the car goes into boost it falls on its face, no power, almost like a mini fuel cut. It runs ok out of boost. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Your CPS is probably just one tooth off. Following the TSRM didn't help me as much as jblmk3s guide to setting the CPS. http://www.jblmk3.com/id92.htm.
