New JDM engine getting no fuel

I just finished installing a new engine and transmission but the engine only seems to get enough fuel to get one piston going. The fuel pump doesn't seem to be cutting on (or making any sound) and the fuel lines don't seem to have pressure. The unusual thing is that before the swap, the fuel system always seemed to be fine. The only other unusual thing is that the theft deterant system doesn't seem to cut on at all anymore, so it may be cutting power to the fuel pump (???). Has something similar happened to anyone else? Where do I even start?

Time to start tracing some diagrams. I would start by checking to see if the wiring for the fuel system and the theft system are integrated or not. I know that if I had a theft system on my car - I would want it to cut out power to the fuel pump.

BUT do this check first - just check for power at the fuses, you never know if a fuse got blown until you check!

1) check all fuses.
2) stop using the word "cut" for when things are supposed to turn on, AND for things turning off. it's confusing! haha. :)
3) use a 10g wire to jump +B and FP in the diagnostic block. this will turn on the fuel pump. if the pump doesn't turn on, you have other issues. :)

check the codes!

Well I figured out why the theft deterant system wasn't working....The hood wasn't on, and apparently theres a hood latch sensor that requirest the hood to be closed (or attatched in this case) for it to work. Unfortunately, that didn't seem to help anything. I checked all of the fuses, and everything seems fine. Strangely enough, the engine doesn't show any codes at all. Could you explain in a little more detail exactly what to do to jump the +B (?)and FP (?) in the diagnostics block?

^ glad to see someone uses it! :) sometimes the answer is right in front of us. ;)

just use a paperclip, or heavy gauge wire to connect the terminals +B and FP in the diagnostic block. that should turn the fuel pump on. listen by the filler neck on the gas tank. you should be able to hear a faint whirring sound of the pump running.

Okay, that turned on the fuel pump, and now I have fuel pressure. The fuel is making it into the fuel rail but apparently not the cylinders. Im going to try to swap out my old injectors to see if the new ones might be messed up. Any other ideas?
