i just bought a 86.5 MKIII 5 speed with the sport package, i was wondering what all i need to swap over to a 1jz?

Yeah go there if you want to be trolled by idiots.

As stated, one of the biggest things on doing a 1jz swap is time and making sure you get a 89+ crossmember.
