Hello. My name is Matt and I own a 89 240sx hatch and an AE86 hatch and a couple of other misc. cars. I am currently getting ready to do a 1JZ swap into my 240sx so I have been spending some time searching for some info on here and I must say there is a lot of good info.

Here are a few pics of my 240sx. It doesnt look very nice right now and needs a bunch of stuff still. It will look and run good come spring. Lots to do.

Thanks everyone. I bought the car the way it sits. It came with 3 SR20det engine blocks, 5 blacktop heads, 5 t25 turbos, like 10 ECUs and a bunch of other SR parts. I got it for 900 bucks for everything and parted out all the SR stuff but 1 complete engine that I am thinking about putting in my AE86 someday.

I decided to keep the car and a guy that I am doin some body and paint work for is trading me a complete 1j for work. I am so excited. I have a couple of friends with RB25s in there S13s and I cant wait to show them the power and reliability of the 1j.

you should consider the 240 base (truck conversion)
I built one about a year ago, and it was a head turner for sure.
stir in some 1j power and nobody will touch u...
