Ok my 7M-GE is about to take a dump on me and i dont wanna spend money on a rebuild, I would rather spend the money on a newer engine. I am stuck between a
1jz-gte with two 2jz turbos (which i will buy and but on) or a 7M-GTE with stock everything and build up? :1zhelp:

Only bad thing about 2jz stock tiwns is you have to bang the firewall. Could just use a smaller single turbo and get the same power and response. The 2jz twins are kind of laggy on the 1jz but they pull on the top end.

First i think you should look around on what it takes to do the swaps and if your doing it yourself make sure you commited to doing all the work JZ's are awesome engines strong and reliable the 7M can be too don't get me wrong but you have to do it right and be willing to spend the dough and not be cheap when building it.

Only thing i can say is make sure you know how much money and work it is with both options and go from there.

IMO the 7M will be easier to put in the car.

so what ur sayn is i should just upgrade to a smaller single turbo if i want more power

Single Vs Twin

Single always wins

more power, spools quicker, only one turbo to break,Only one turbo to replace, more room in the engine bay That's Just to list a few things
