New Cell Paint!

Now this many not be exciting to all of you, but the paint looks pretty good. Just a cheap three-step system from Plasti-Kote. Better than that damn Verizon cover and logo. On a side note, sorry about the poor picture quality, I'll get some better ones after I get my A540 up and running tomorrow.

could be...but its kameleon kolor, from the label on the can. i always liked the shifting/iridescent look on a supra. forget who's it was but it was a lavender base coat with an opalescent pearl topcoat. coulda been gay on any other car, but this one made it look hawt.

Looks good, I wish I had the ambition to do that, but I like throwing my phone around and not caring about scratches anymore.

Turned out a lot better than one of my (stupid) friends' did.

He painted his with a matte black spray paint. It looked terrible, felt terrible, and was just dumb. His phone quit working in about 3 days.

tell me about it. ive been wanting a razr v3m but my cell doesnt expire til january, so its either $300 now or $100 in a few months, you do the math. add to that my g/f just got a new phone from verizon, that lg chocolate or whatever, its pretty damn cool.

my original plan was to pry off the gray inside, surrounding the buttons and screen and paint that this color, redo the keypad in red and keep my carbon fibre cover on there. now that woulda looked badass, but i didn't wanna have to go to the trouble of tearing everything apart. plus, there was no way to switch keypad color. I looked at resoldering leds, but the keys were tinted blue already
