Well first, the fam problems.

Not really fighting or any thing, but just trying to vent.

Not going to go into detail, but my brother is getting a devorce and the courts are giving him hell about custody of his 2 year old boy. My brother has had the same job now for 12 years, makes a good wage, owns his own truck, house, yada yada.

She on the other hand doens't own any thing, has NEVER HAD A JOB, homeschooled without a ged, and recently was picked up on a coke possesion.

And the courts are still wanting to give her 1/2 of what "they" (actually just my brother) owned and possibly custody of the child.

What fucking reject does it take to see that she is not a fit parent nor will ever be???

Next, I feel soooooo bad for my GF (future wifey) right now. She is such a trooper!

We went to Dallas TX this weekend to pick up a car. I traded my twin turbo WRX for a 94 WRX STI V.1. Any who, we went 2200 miles in two days. Indy to Dallas, Dallas to Indy. Friday night she was complaining of a little chest pain, like some one was sitting on it. Well it got worse, and worse, and finally last night we were at dinner and she was like, "My arm is numb." Oh shit! So we go to the ER, and they hook her up to EKG, blood work yada yada yada. They come back (5 hours later) and tell us that all the EKG and blood work and every thing else is negative. So good news, but my GF is still in pain and no one can tell her why.

GRRRR.

Last, about the new car.

Its a 94 WRX stil VERS. 1

Pretty bad @$$ little car, needs a little tlc. Gotta pull the motor... its got a ROD KNOCK! Maybe its got supra envy?

ITs got a nardi steering wheel, 16" gold rims, big brakes, 2001 wrx interior, brand new nitto neo gens, 3" COBB exhaust, and a whole bunch of other little goodies here and there. Should be a good winter car here soon.

Any who, if I dont' get back to some of you guys for one reason or another, business and all my cars are taking a back seat to helping my brother and getting my GF back to health.

I've had that happen before where I pulled my chest lifting weights and didn't feel it for a week or so (she could have pulled it doing anything). The arm going numb could very well just have been psychosomatic from the chest pain. That's what happened to me. I thought I was having a heart attack, so my brain decided to mimic what I knew of the symptoms.

She should also get checked out for neck problems, as those can manifest themselves as chest tightness and tingling in the arm(s). Or she could have a pinched nerve ifrom whatever pulled her chest muscles. Lots of things it could be, just get into see a specialist and they should be able to figure it out.

btw, got any pics of the lil wrx? :)

I had a bad chest pain before, like someone was sitting on it. My arm never went numb, but I was watching out for it! All I could think was "23 is too young for a heart attack". It turned out to be a really bad case of heartburn. I was checked out by the doc. They did an upper gastro-intestinal inspection and found that I have really bad acid-reflux. I am on medication for it, and it helps.
If any of you ever meets me in person, if I clear my throat alot, it's the acid reflux.

I'll tell you what else is scary.. kidney stones! It put me on the ground in nauseating, blinding pain for 1/2 hour.. and for that ailment, 1/2 hour is considered "lucky".

sorry to hear all that, MDC. i'm guessing your brother didn't get a prenump, huh? there's no sense of marrying anybody these days without one imho. what state do you live in? the courts where you live should have no problem givng your brother custody of the child. that's bs. does he have a good lawyer?

hope you figure out what is up with your gf. :(

Best of luck.
Divorces are nasty, even more so when their are kids involved.

I hope your GF is feeling better too. The stress of Thanksgiving, Christmas and NewYears is often more than we realize. Especially for women. I know my wife get's stressed out every year, and I try to make it as easy as possible for her.

Your brother needs to spend a few bucks on a PI to get video of his soon to be Ex using drugs.

That ends most custody disputes in a courtroom very quickly.
