I have the diagram for the 89+, but it's different than my 87. Anyone know where I can download one for free for my car?

The 87 is TEWD is in the fist section and is about 20MB. It is the UK version but should work for you.

I have an original 88. I can scan a page if you need it. And unlike the later EWD's, it is black and white.
