Need Turbo timer install help.

HA HA!!! Back again. I tried to install my Greddy turbo timer the other day and have everything working except for the speed. I am sure its obvious that I have it connected to the wrong wire from the ECU. Where is the correct one. I got the US instructions from the Greddy website and also the Japanese install manual that came with it. But neither of them appear to be correct. The US says that my ECU has 16-20-22 pin connectors in that order, Japan says (I think? :naughty: )26-16-22 in that order. I actually have the Japanese connector sizes, but the wire they indicate ,3rd one in, needs to be tapped according to the picture in the back of the manual is just an empty hole in my US connector. The US directions indicate to tap the 6th wire in (yellow I think, cant remember) and it does not work. Please help! :cry: :1zhelp:

you need to tap into the SPD terminal. Remember this diagram is shown looking at the connectors from the wire side.

I got it,but thanks anyways. I thought about it when I looked at it at home and realized thats exactly what I did, I just looked at it backwards. But the best part is, the american directions I got from the greddy site were wrong, but the picture in the japanese handbook were bang on.

It was a pink wire third in on the top row/clip side. Just in case anyone else would like to know.

great i was going to buy one of those and i was hopeing the install would be simple.. ive done an hks in my friends dsm but was going to order a greddy for my poopra. now if i run into this ill know what to do.. thanks
