Need to know if 1g-gte 5-speed will work on 7m

I'm buying a w58 or as the seller says is one and it came off of a 1g-gte. I was wondering if anyone knew if the only difference is the bellhousing? Please let me know. thanks

it should work fine cuz i have a 1g and it has the same tranny as the 7m

turbo - r154 tranny so... is your 7m turbo or non?
