Need Some help with starting this *F-ing* car

Ive got an 88 turbo mostly stock. And I can't get it started. OK. granted it is really cold out right now and has been for a couple of weeks... (around 20 deg.) and the other night after I adjusted the alt. belt to stop the squeel, I ran it for about 20 min. shut it off, then started it back up to make sure it was still going to run for me. I didn't start it up on Friday. and today I tried for an hour messing with things trying to get it started. no luck. and yes it has a half tank of gas.. I've made that mistake before. :1zhelp:

what happens when you turn the key? any clicks? does the car turn over?

Does it turn over?

Any codes?

Will it start when its warm?

Check cps maybe..Wiggle wires around and have someone try and start....

My car wouldnt start cause bad ground on battery terminal..

it tries to turn over and sometimes it will sputter and the vac guage will jump a bit but it never catches and fires up.

It runs really well when it is warm out but in the cold........ NOT SO MUCH.

could someone post a pic of this cps that you speak of. Im still really new to this.
