need some help ext wastegate nipple to tubo compressor

Hello all first time posting here! I just bought a 91 turbo supra from this guy. Motor was jus rebuilt with a custom manifold and a 60 trim turbo he said that he just didnt have time to finish her well heres my question. i know theres supposed to be a nipple on the turbo compressor housing that goes off to the wastegate but i cant find one. so what should I do, im guessing that i could pull the turbo out and have a nipple welded sounds like too much work right now. Do they sell a adapter using a silcone couple that i could put on the inlet side of the turbo? please any sugestions will be apreciated thank you.

Where in GA are you and just put a t inline from the most direct vacume/boost line that sees both and run it to your waste.............Their are multiple areas on the intake manifold after the throttle body that you could use.....
