Need Opinions: Is this going to cause a problem down the road. (Valve Clearances)

What it sounds like to me is my valves are ticking, i know i tighten my cam bearing caps to spec cause i did it. So its been running like this for about 1500 miles now, since i last posted about this back in July. So obviously i need to check and re-shim but at the same time shims arent cheap, and im currently out of work looking for a job. So my question is, are there any short or long term effects driving the car as is? Video at the bottom

I couldn't get the vid because im on my sidekick. You'll wear your parts out much faster if there not within spec.

Also when I shimmed mine I basically traded with toyota. They had a big box of shims I brought in 10, got the 10 I needed and said good day.

Measure out what size you need - I have like 50 shims in my garage

I have a few as well. Another member needed some so I measured them, and I never heard back.
Measure and post up what you need.
