ok so i think i found my problem. My car still has its vaccum setup as if it were a NA but you can clearly see they are set up differently. My question is does anyone know or have a diagram of redoing these vaccuum lines so that my acis is working as well as my egr? i tried to go match the stuff up myself but the na intake manifold is messing with the whole setup. maybe u guys know more than me (probably)

/\ not really. He's trying to use the NA intake manifold in a turbo application.

I would install a one-way valve on the vacuum hose heading to the ACIS actuator so it doesn't see boost, only vacuum.

What I'd really do is get a turbo intake manifold. I've got a couple of them, let me know if you want one. I've got everything you need for it also.

25804 is the vacuum valve for the intake air control system.

The butterfly valve in the plenum is normally open. Vacuum closes the valve. You want it open under boost.

How do you fix what? The GE computer gives the command for the solenoid. The GTE computer will not. At least not that I know of.

oh yea this is what me and my friend were discussing.. the weird thing is i have a plug on my harness that will only connect to the 25804 (brown plug), as of right now my 25860 has no plug plugged into it (it has a blue connector which the gte harness does not have)
