need help with supra

Tonight my brother was driving his supra when suddenly coolant started to coming off the tail pipes and the radiator light was on so he stopped.
I feel bad for my brother since he just replaced the mhg. The car didn't overheat but there was white smoke
I think he blew his mhg again.
What do you think?

I think the repair was done improperly. Although a defective gasket is possible.

With coolant coming out of the tail pipe, the combustion chamber is compromised. Hopefully, not a cracked head either.

Pray one or more of the cylinders isn't hydrolocked.

I bet the block was not surfaced when the mhg was installed. Sorry to hear about the motor
