Hello , I am going to school to earn my a BA as a CDP ( chemical dependency prof). I am wondering if any one will sit and chat with me about your use and exp with your drug of choice .No judgment just a frank conversation about cause and effect . I am currently enrolled in a commucation class and need to practice talking with people . Thanks Matt::fundy::

i'll talk with you... but i want you to answer these questions first.

Why do you even use drugs in the first place?
does it effect you in positive or negative ways?
do you think that drugs are going to help you get further in life?

I dont use drugs so your questions are a moot point

Most people use drugs for any number of reason.
From simple curiosity to a way to cope with life
As far as positive v negative that is solely up to the individual unless it effects other people then it would be up to them to assign a pos/neg response

Drugs could get you farther in life if your goals are to become a Drug king pin ala Scarface or a nice long state funded vacation but for the most part drugs definatly hinder Someones chances at a "normal life'

I said I don"t do drugs

Second I am a recovering herion addict with 8 years clean I go to N.A., Work in the State Penn in Monroe Wa helping inmates get clean before they reenter in to society

Call me crazy, drugs are a recreational activity, nothing about it is meant to get you ahead in life. Same with drinking a beer, thats not a tool to help your life succeed.

Casual drinkers dont drink beer with the hopes of it furthering their career as a brew master.
